Bart Station Tech Library, Year 1, Spring 2020. The purpose of this project was to design a library and subsequent technology which would function in the year 2050. In order to do this, this project is a continuation of the form study from Neon NoDa Pavilion. This proposal is designed to be built over the train tracks in order to give the project a deeper connection to transportation as another important community resource in Oakland.
